Join us at a special event for a Board Director Peer Exchange. This event will happen right after CES 2017 and you will hear from Maureen Conners, Board Advisor to Fashion Incubator SF and former Deckers Outdoor (DECK) Board Member, Sandra Lopez, VP/ GM of Intel’s Wearables: Fashion, Sports and Fitness Group, Dr. Cheemin Bo-Lin, CEO of Peritus Partners and Director, Evena Medical and Tim Wilson, Partner at Artiman Ventures and former Board Member at InvenSense (INVN) and Five9 (FIVN).

Moderator

Maureen Conners is CEO of Conners Consulting and a former Board Director at Deckers Outdoor (DECK), where she was Chair of Compensation and Nominating/Governance Committees. She is a Board Advisor to Fashion Incubator San Francisco, has been a Senior Marketing Executive with P&L responsibility at Gillette, Levi’s and Mattel. Her focus has been on launching many innovative new products and helping to grow world class brands at these companies. Currently, she is working with companies on Wearable Tech for Lifestyle Brands and VR/AR for next generation retail. Additionally, she has focused on helping companies identify the best uses of new technologies to achieve substantial revenue growth globally.

Subject Matter Expert

Sandra Lopez is Intel’s VP/GM Wearables for Fashion, Sports and Fitness. She is responsible for defining and driving Intel’s wearable strategy and led the team and effort behind relationships with many global brands - catapulting Intel as one of the most innovative companies in IOT and influential companies in wearables. Earlier, she held various roles within Marketing at Intel and also worked for Adobe, Macromedia and Computer Associates. She is very knowledgeable about a wide range of new technologies and has spoken at many industry events. In 2015, she was named one of the Top 10 Latina Executives by Latina Style and Wall Street Journal and Sage Group named her 2013 Marketer That Matters for New Channels.

Dr. Cheemin Bo-Linn is CEO of Peritus Partners and Board of Director for Evena Medical Inc. Previously, she served as Audit Chair and Board of Director for other public and private companies. Formerly, she was an IBM Vice-President, where she managed a $3.5B P&L business including both the newest technologies and IT infrastructure products. She has been a speaker on business opportunities created by new disruptive innovations at the United Nations, Dow Jones Global Symposium, British Chamber, and investment forums including Barclays and UBS. She was inducted into the 2015 Hall of Fame for Women in Technology.

Wilson

Subject Matter Expert

Tim Wilson is a Partner at Artiman Ventures and focuses on early-stage technology investments. He has served on several public boards –InvenSense (INVN) and Five9 (FIVN) and currently represents Artiman on the Boards of Crossbar, Kaybus and Prysm. He is also CEO and on the Board of Mossey Creek Technology. Some of his previous investments were acquired: Teknovus, Schoolfeed and Ario Data. Previously, Tim was a General Partner at Partech and a General Manager at Lucent Technologies, with P&L responsibility for products that generated over $2 billion in sales.
