Liana Bailey-Crimmins

Liana Bailey-Crimmins is Chief Information Officer and Interim Deputy Executive Director for CalPERS' Benefit Programs Policy and Planning for CalPERS. Liana has more than 28 years of public sector technology experience. Before joining CalPERS she served as the information technology director and CIO of California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS). Prior to CCHCS, Ms. Bailey-Crimmins worked as the project director of the California Information Technology Infrastructure Project. She was recognized in 2011 with the Best of California award in the Government Technology Digital Internal category. Her work on the CCHCS Telemedicine Program helped them win the 2012 Computerworld Honors Program Laureate Award. In 2015, Ms. Bailey-Crimmins was honored with the prestigious “CIO of the Year” award at the California CIO Academy.

Steve Birgfeld

Steve leads the overall strategy, design and implementation of Blue Diamond Growers information technology services, working closely with the business to define solutions that provide value to our growers and our customers. Steve has led strategic efforts of large scale application and infrastructure deployments throughout his career, including successful digital and e-commerce, security, cloud and business analytics solutions. He brings a strong balance of technical, resource and financial management leadership. Steve has been with Blue Diamond since March 2016. Prior to that, Steve has held a variety of Information Technology leadership positions including VP of IT and Workplace Services for Unisys; Chief Information Officer for Hostess Brands and CompuCom; VP of Information Technology for Quaker State; and acting Chief Information Officer for Booz Allen Hamilton. In 2012, Steve was named one of Computerworld’s Premier 100 IT Leaders.

Don Yee

Don Yee

Don is currently a Board member of several companies, including Blue Diamond where he serves as Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Executive Compensation Committee. He is a serial business builder who has been the CEO of numerous businesses in middle market to Fortune 100 settings. He was also a management consulting partner with EY, where he worked with clients globally in strategy and operational improvements to enhance and transform performance. He also serves on the NACD – Northern California Chapter Board, is an NACD Leadership Fellow and has an MBA from Stanford.
