Please join Protiviti for our next NACD Risk Management and Audit Committee Peer-to-Peer Lunch on Thursday, October 10 for a discussion COSO ERM with COSO Chair Emeritus and current Protiviti Senior Managing Director, Bob Hirth, and moderated by Protiviti Managing Director, Scot Glover.
We’ll begin our discussion a bit earlier this time at 10:00 am to allot more time for discussion, then continue over lunch. As requested from our previous session, we’ll be taking another look at the COSO ERM Framework and how its legacy continues to impact boards today.
