Lisa Bougie is a high-impact C-suite executive, trusted advisor, and growth-oriented leader with 25 years of experience in the consumer goods sector. She has achieved success building both tech-driven start-up and global consumer brands at industry-defining companies: Stitch Fix, Nike, Patagonia, and Gap.
Most recently, Bougie led the women’s business at Stitch Fix as general manager. She joined Stitch Fix in 2013 for the opportunity to create the future of retail. Under her leadership, the women’s business grew profitably from $10 million to more than $1 billion, and Stitch Fix is now recognized as a true disrupter of the industry. Bougie believes to her core that art and science are better together. Since leaving Stitch Fix, she has joined the boards of Eileen Fisher and Cora, has co-developed a Women’s Corporate Board Readiness program at Santa Clara University, and is advising companies that align with her values.
Amanda North is founder and CEO of Plan C Advisors, a global climate consultancy that provides board directors the high-level insights and frameworks they need to catalyze climate action in their companies. She previously served as founder and CEO of Artisan Connect, an online marketplace providing economic empowerment for women artisans in developing countries. North led the marketing organizations for a range of technology companies, helping prepare two of them for successful IPOs. She was managing director of two pioneering digital agencies and began her career at Apple where she ran their Desktop Publishing Group. North received her MBA from Stanford University. She conducted masters studies in International Energy at Trinity College, Cambridge, under a Rotary Scholarship and holds a BA in Politics and Economics cum laude from Princeton University where she focused her studies on renewable energy.
As the director of Research – Projects, David Parham is responsible for developing and managing the Research team’s strategic plan, establishing and overseeing research projects and practice areas, and managing internal interfaces between the research team and other departments. His role is centered on supporting the identification, prioritization, and management of Research projects that further the SASB’s mission to establish and maintain disclosure standards that facilitate communication by companies to investors of decision-useful information.
Prior to joining SASB, Parham worked as a process engineer in the energy industry, holding roles in research and development, major capital project design, and production operations.
He graduated with High Honors in Chemical Engineering and Materials Science and Engineering from UC Berkeley and obtained his master’s in Business Administration with Honors at the Berkeley Haas School of Business.

Sandy Skees brings more than 25 years of consulting and strategic communications experience to Porter Novelli. She believes there is power in leveraging technology as a platform for disruption and mobilization to help customers, investors, partners, communities, governments, and employees create a regenerative and equitable world.
Skees has worked to drive business value and generate positive change in sustainability strategy, including aligning purpose, messaging, and communications with business continuity planning, responsible supply chain, and ESG (environment, social, governance) programs. Over the years, her work with corporations, nonprofits, and NGOs has been focused on everyday products, recycling and waste, renewable energy, supply chain, human rights issues, social justice, and LGBTQ and gender issues. A few of her past clients include JUST Water, Equinix, Samsung, Avaya, Carton Council, Energizer, and Cradle to Cradle’s Fashion Positive Initiative, and EcoAmerica’s Blessed Tomorrow climate initiative for faith-based communities, and she launched BSI’s ISO 14001 and 45001 certification campaigns.
Skees sits on numerous boards including Sustainable Brands, Community Foundation of Santa Cruz County, and Mini Mermaid Running Club. In Santa Cruz, she founded 100 Women Who Care and Breaking the Glass Ballot and was appointed to a four-year term on the County's Human Services Commission. She is a seasoned speaker on brand, messaging, and sustainability/ESG strategy.
Mary Solecki is a partner at AJW, a public policy and business development firm for technology innovators. She has spent over a decade working with clean energy companies on transportation and climate issues across the Pacific Coast. She has successfully led major campaign efforts to establish carbon programs and refine regulatory measures through strategic business engagement. Her work bridges the gap between the public and private sectors, with a focus on energy, transportation, and water issues. Solecki’s work has resulted in successful legislative campaigns, business-friendly amendments to public policies, and more robust climate programs. She has served on California’s Low Carbon Advisory Panel, working closely with members of the ARB Board and staff.
Prior to joining AJW, Solecki spent eight years with Environmental Entrepreneurs (E2), a partner of Natural Resources Defense Council. There she ran E2's presence in California, Oregon, and Washington. She has worked in depth on the Low Carbon Fuel Standard and carbon programs in both California and Oregon. She has also advised on regulatory implementation practices and market research in transportation and power sectors. Solecki has been consulting on energy policy since 2008 and has a background in sales and communications.
Matt Stein is the vice president of Business Development for Jupiter Intelligence. He is responsible for customer and partner acquisition, engagement, and retention across all the company’s focus areas, including the industrial, financial, and public sectors. Prior to Jupiter, Stein was co-founder and CEO of Multitude, a venture-backed air quality sensor and analytics company that was acquired. Prior to Multitude, he was an executive at GE, where he ran commercial strategy for GE Digital, and held several business development roles in GE Capital businesses. Additionally, Stein was an entrepreneur-in-residence at GE Ventures. He also worked in Business Development at Exelon, as a business consultant at Arthur Andersen, and started his career in real estate investment banking at Prudential Financial. He earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Stanford and an MBA (with focus in Financial Management) from Cornell.
